In this day and age, when a family member becomes hospitalized, it is beneficial to have a patient advocate at the bedside. We provide sitters (also know as companions). Our sitters go through a rigorous process which includes drug and alcohol screening and criminal background checks. As part of the hiring process, they must attend an orientation class covering a variety of important topics. The RNSS sitter is armed with tools for maintaining patient health and happiness.

How do you screen your employees?

All of our employees are subject to a criminal background check and a drug/alcohol screening test. We perform reference checks, contacting past professional and personal references provided. They attend an orientation where we insure that they are familiar with their responsibilities in the home and/or hospital settings.


Where do you provide services?

Predominantly, we provide services in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island. We render non-medical services in the home, hospital and nursing home settings.


Do you require a minimum number of hours?

We have a 4 hour minimum number of hours, depending on where the client is located.


Do you have live-in services available?

We can provide services 24hours a day, 7days per week as needed.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks and credit cards for home services provided. For the hospital, we only accept credit cards as payment.
